SA KENTZ

Saudi Arabian Kentz (SA KENTZ) is a partnership between The Zedan Group and Kentz Corp. Ltd. to provide professional construction, energy, and engineering services in KSA.

Saudi Arabian Kentz was established in 1975 and provides integrated solutions for the implementation of energy and exploration projects, and engineering and construction projects to its customers such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and the Saudi Electricity Company, with more than 38 years of experience in the Middle East.

Samsung EPC

Samsung EPC Co., Ltd., headquartered in Jubail, is a partnership between The Zedan Group and Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd. of South Korea, to provide services in the fields of energy facilities, including oil and gas refineries as well as major petrochemical complexes.

Samsung Engineering was founded in 1970 in Seoul, South Korea and has grown from a modest domestic engineering firm to a globally recognized leader in the fields of engineering and energy, due to its efforts to expand its EPC project portfolio in the energy fields in Saudi Arabia and the globe.

Dredging International Saudi Arabia LTD.

Dredging International Saudi Arabia Ltd. is a partnership between Energy Development Co. Ltd. (ENDECO), Zedan Group and Abdullah Fouad Group on the one hand, and the Belgium-based DEME International Company on the other hand, which provides specialized services in dredging, land reclamation, and offshore energy solutions, environmental and infra marine works, and port construction.

With over 140 years of work and experience, DEME International has built a modern fleet of over 100 vessels supported by a wide range of auxiliary equipment. DEME’s expertise allows it to operate anywhere in the world without compromising on environmental factors, and also provides strategic planning for fast-moving maritime construction, which helps to increase efficiency and the quality of service.

ECON

Electrical Energy Construction Co., Ltd. (ECON), formerly known as ZJ Engineering & Construction, is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Zedan Group which focuses on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and project management, specializing in designing high-voltage substations from concept to commissioning.

The company is managed by experts with proven experience in the power and energy industry and boasts high-caliber professionals with deep knowledge across engineering disciplines, including electrical, civil, and mechanical engineering. ECON provides full turnkey solutions and is a qualified contractor for major clients in the high-voltage sector such as Saudi Electricity Company.
